Before transitioning into real estate, Stefano developed his expertise in client service and negotiation through years in hospitality and luxury sales. His professional journey began at the Ritz-Carlton, where he learned the art of providing five-star service. He later worked in upscale restaurants and bars, further sharpening his communication and relationship-building skills. This led to a successful five-year tenure at Audi North Scottsdale, where he became a nationally ranked top producer for Audi and Penske Automotive. Real estate was always the goal—and with a foundation built on excellence and results, Stefano made the leap and never looked back.
Stefano graduated with honors from Mater Dei High School, a top private Catholic school in Orange County, California, and went on to compete in both football and track at the collegiate level. His background as a student-athlete taught him the value of discipline, work ethic, strategic thinking, and teamwork—qualities that now drive his success as a real estate advisor.
